Our work here is to bring awareness to the survival states and autopilot patterns so many of us find ourselves REACTING from on a daily basis. Whether it’s from a young age or a traumatic experience later in life, these patterns are the roots to a lot of our problems and most of us were not taught how work through them. So that’s what we are doing here.

We have crafted a variety of tools to help provide the physical representation of the experiences or behaviors you want to address. They also encourage you to navigate towards a place that’s more aligned to your authenticity and what’s right for you. Once you’ve carved out your new path forward with your intentions, it’s time to get to work. We’ll provide the breathing techniques and offer movement practices that rewire your nervous system out of those flight/fight reactions and into a harmonized, calm and clear state.

This work is all about shifting our energy, healing old wounds and bringing light back into our lives. We are so grateful to have you here doing this work with us and making a difference in not just your own life, but all of the lives around you too.
